Llegás después de un vuelo largo, con equipaje, quizás con familia. Lo último que querés es hacer fila en un counter, esperar 40 minutos y que te ofrezcan upgrades que no pediste. Hay una forma mejor.
El modelo tradicional vs. delivery personalizado
En MIA, las agencias de alquiler tradicionales están en el Rental Car Center — un edificio separado del aeropuerto. El proceso es este:
- Bajás el equipaje y buscás el MIA Mover — el tren que conecta el aeropuerto con el Rental Car Center
- Subís maletas, cochecito, niños al tren
- Llegás al edificio, hacés fila en el counter
- Esperás que procesen la reserva y te ofrezcan upgrades que no pediste
- Bajás al estacionamiento, encontrás el auto y revisás el vehículo
- Fácilmente 45 minutos a 1 hora perdidos antes de siquiera arrancar

Tips para cuando aterrices en MIA
- Avisanos cuando estés en la cinta de equipaje — así coordinamos el momento exacto
- La salida de llegadas internacionales está en el nivel -1
- Usamos el número de puerta por el que sale habitualmente tu vuelo para encontrarnos más rápido
- Si llegás tarde de noche, igual estamos — operamos las 24 horas
- Tené el teléfono con datos activos para comunicarte por WhatsApp (si no tienes datos, hay wifi gratuito en el aeropuerto)
¿Y si llego a Fort Lauderdale (FLL)?
Fort Lauderdale es una excelente alternativa a MIA — vuelos más baratos, aeropuerto más chico y menos caótico. También hacemos entrega allí.
La distancia entre FLL y Miami es de unos 45-60 minutos por autopista. Si tu hotel está en el norte de Miami, Aventura o Hallandale, FLL puede ser incluso más conveniente que MIA.

¿Y la devolución?

Si devolvés en el Aeropuerto, el proceso es muy simple: dejás el auto en el nivel de Departures, justo frente al check-in de tu aerolínea. Bajás con las maletas, entregás el auto y entrás directo a hacer el check-in.
Si preferís devolver en tu hotel o en otro punto de Miami, también lo coordinamos.

What If I Land at Fort Lauderdale (FLL)?
Fort Lauderdale is a great alternative to MIA — cheaper flights, smaller airport, less hectic. We also deliver there.
The distance between FLL and Miami is about 45–60 minutes by highway. If your hotel is in northern Miami, Aventura or Hallandale, FLL can actually be more convenient than MIA.

If you return at the Airport, it's very straightforward: you drop the car at the Departures level, right in front of your airline's check-in. Drop off the luggage, hand over the car, and head straight to check-in.
If you prefer to return at your hotel or another point in Miami, we can arrange that too.
